So I saw a video, and decided rather than our normal format, I’d start with a case study to kick off those conversations.

A few days ago, Brittany Pietsch, a Cloudflare employee, was fired from her job via a video conference.
She recorded a now viral TikTok video of her firing—at least 23 million views just on Xwitter. It’s nine minutes long, but that is worth watching at least a couple minutes - start at around min 2), because it’s a masterclass in horrendous management.
